Apparently none of my Painting students met their rough draft deadlines, so we need an extra day to work on their papers.

1. Digital Photography

Students should use class time to make corrections/revisions to their formal writing assignments. Once they are finished, they may also retouch pictures or work on composite images in Photoshop. Final drafts are due tomorrow.

2. Drawing

Students should use class time to work on their formal written assignments, either narrowing their search for a drawing to analyze or using the questions on their handout to write the paper. They may borrow laptops from Mrs. Hanigan if they need to (we had some trouble with our newtwork hubs in the graphics lab yesterday)

4. 7th Grade art

Silent D.E.A.R. reading time 11:30-11:45am.

Students will continue working on their superimposed-perspective cubist portraits which they began yesterday. They should be working all hour. 

5. Painting

Students can begin working on their acrylic cubist paintings. It's important that they clean their brushes and palates thoroughly. Students should use class time to finish their formal writing assignments/painting analysis papers.

6. Yearbook

Students should be working on pages on http://yearbookavenue.jostens.com or use time wisely as a studyhall for other classes. Students with nothing else to do should:

Check captions on pages for spelling

Identify students in pictures in the image gallery, or by right-clicking and chosing "show in image gallery" pictures on layouts with exclamation points on them.

 

7. Drawing I

Independent Study student Melissa Hanigan may:

Work on her surrealist drawing.

Select a new exercise from the choice-board drawings in the black metal magazine holder on the island.

Use time as a studyhall for another class
