Mallory Sub Lesson Thurs Apr. 14

I'll be taking my daughter to an appointment at University Hospital in Iowa City today, thank you for taking my classes.
  1. Planning Period-
  2. Independent Study (IND) Digital Photography- Madison McDunough should either upload pictures from her camera, or study the chapters in the book outlined on http://digphoto.wikispaces.com for tomorrow's quiz (of she's really ambitious, she could take the quiz today http://www.boyer-valley.k12.ia.us/pages/photo_ch3-6.htm)
    IND Ceramics- Rosario Nelson will work on her angel statue.
  3. Ceramics- Students should continue working on their clay food.
    Students should copy down the word for the day, there will be a quiz tomorrow.
    Students may also glaze bisqueware and/or re-make figures if theirs broke.
    CLEAN-UP is very important, they should start at 10:57. The lid must be back on the barrel. Works in progress should be covered with plastic and in the "greenhouse" (metal cabinet in the kiln room).
    Please close the doors to the greenhouse when they leave.
  4. MS Art- No 7th Grade Art on Thursdays, they should go to Mr. Bruning's room for Study Hall
    IND Drawing II- Nick Sullivan (during 4th) will continue working on his latest drawing.
  5. Yearbook -
     Students should work on their layouts on yearbookavenue.com
        • Some one should build layouts for Golf and the Play
        • Some one should identify students in pictures in the image library
    IND Photo-     Lucas Neilson please have Lucas do the same as Maddie in 2nd Hr Digital Photo
  6. Drawing II- Students should
    A) Work on their oil pastel drawings
    B) Work on their colored-pencil drawings in their sketchbooks
    C) Work on Choice-Menu drawings, levels are on the board, menus and the books that exercises are found in are black magazine rack on the counter next to the projector.
    IND WebDesign II- Caitlin Nichols continue working on her web page with JavaScript
    IND Painting- Melissa Hanigan will continue working on her painting
  7. MS Cheer- No practice on Thursdays
